'Success Through Teamwork' - 26th November 14:00 - 15:30

This session will seek to develop your ability to work as a team member and supporting those around you to successfully complete a task, not only with your initial team but also the wider team around you. As you work together the team should demonstrate a sense of cohesion which will result in openess, support and respect. 

You will be able to develop your ideas within a team, allocate job roles, work efficiently and communicate effectively. 

This session is open to everyone to attend who is working in a team, or is looking to build skills to allow them to work efficiently in a team. It will be interactive and will involve gameplay to develop the skills and develop the skills first hand - it will be sure to be a fun couple of hours. 

This session also counts towards the Leadership Academy Award.
