Stress is the body’s natural reaction to challenging circumstances, but modern life does change the impact and management of stress. This workshop will help you to understand your triggers and stress response as well as provide practical tools for dealing with stress. Learn about the difference between healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms, identify relaxation and life balance tools and even try out a few stress reduction techniques online.

You will leave the session with your own mini action plan for tackling stress in your own life.
