Relax, Restore and Recharge (Book your free ticket →)

We live in a switched on world, often addicted to screens and over stimulating brain activities. We need to take time out before we burn out. Learn how you can switch on your relaxation response using a variety of formal techniques and passive relaxation therapies, some based in gentle movement and others in stillness.

By the end of the session you’ll be able to:

  • Rest deeply and improve your state of relaxation
  • Take part in exercises to soothe and settle your nervous system
  • Discover inner calm and more connection to your body and mind

 

This event is part of our Study Well campaign - a year-round campaign to not only support students’ wellbeing during their assessment periods, but also increase the feeling of belonging and community at City.
