Dear Students

I hope you have had a wonderful festive break filled with joy and rest, and a great start to 2017!

The Northampton Square Library and Cass Learning Resource Centre are now open 24 hours (http://www.city.ac.uk/library/resources/your-study-environment/247-library-opening). Whilst this fantastic opportunity allows more flexible studying for the assessment period, please do also be mindful of your well-being and take time to rest and re-energise as this is just as important.

Your Students' Union will be running it's bi-annual Keep Calm Study On campaign from 9th - 20th January to make you stress less and take a moment to relax. We will be in the Main Walkway (University Building NSQ) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am - 3pm, handing out stress balls, pens and also offering well-being guidance.

I am delighted to announce that CitySport are supporting our campaign by offering you 33 FREE CLASSES; including Boxing, Relaxation and Meditation, Cycling, Zumba, Yoga and Yoga For Men. You can sign up for these here.

Sodexo are also supporting our campaign with 'Free Fruit Fridays', where we'll be handing out FREE APPLES at our stall so please do come see us!

Lastly, I would like to wish you all the best for your upcoming assessment(s) and encourage you to support each other during this challenging period.

Good luck and Best Wishes,

Zain Ismail

Vice-President (Education)
