Study Skills

Learning Success are offering sessions are dedicated to giving you the skills and knowledge to improve your revision, looking at how you can improve how you approach exams.

Get Active

Exercise is proven to help clear your head and help you concentrate on the task at hand. Thanks to CitySport, we're offering a selection of places at their classes so you can unwind.

Mind, Body & Spirit

Searching for inner peace? Thanks to the Chaplaincy, we're offering the chance to experience our Massage Chairs, Colouring and attend Quiet Reflection Sessions.

Timeout

Taking a break can help focus your mind and reduce stress. We'll be providing various activities where you can drop in and take some much needed timeout from your studies!
