The Union supports students to run Student Groups, such as Societies, Student Media and Raising and Giving (RAG). The Resource Hub includes all the essentials you need to successfully run your student group, as well as giving some extra tips and opportunities available throughout the year. Being a student group committee member or a student group member is a great way to meet new people, build new communities and gain skills that employers love. From teamwork to events planning to managing budgets, the skills you gain from your time on a Student Group committee will help you massively when it comes to applying for jobs.
