Priorities
British student of Australian and South Asian descent studying a master’s degree Bar Course. I will study a second LLM in a top Australian law school, build an international legal practice and foster legal professional links between the UK, Australia and elsewhere. I hope City can expand its global professional links, given London's great status.
Students' Union Services
Most don’t care about student politics, because the SU doesn’t have enough autonomy to implement your ideas! I will help foster a culture of excitement over student politics by campaigning for more powers: more powers means this matters more!
Careers and Employability
Being attached to the reputation of London means we should be 38th in the world, not 38th in the country! I will help improve City’s education and career policies with my experience at a top 10 Russell Group university.
Catering & University Services on Campus
Despite London having a vibrant social life, City's social life is LOW ENERGY! Students see City as somewhere merely to clock in, rather than a home and social hub. We can slowly improve this culture through frequent on-campus fairs.
