Priorities
Hi! My name is Leo and I’m passionate about finance/politics. Growing up in Syria and later Lebanon I learnt French, Arabic and English, which motivated me to study International Politics in London. I pride myself in having a strong work ethic and commitment to my studies and work alike, and therefore want to become as an Assembly Member
Student Communities & Events (Student Societies and Sports)
To make Student Activities the number 1 focus of the SU. We will achieve this by improving funding, scheduling, campus resources and more for student-led activities
Catering & University Services on Campus
I believe we must be able to socialise on campus, by keeping the Canteen & City Bar open for longer. I will speak for teams and societies who want somewhere to go after training or events, and student discounts on campus.
Mental Health, Wellbeing and Student Support
Keeping Wednesday Afternoons Free! We need more time to rest during long weeks, spend time with friends, do sport, and join a society. We have to make it a policy: no teaching at all after Wed 1pm
