Speech and language Therapy at Undergrad level- it was a challenging degree but you get a lot of placement experience which makes you feel prepared for the job
I live in South London. Originally, my parents are from Pakistan and Barbados.
I was involved with a student society called the Friends of Palestine Society and I got involved in a lot of political campaigns such as BDS and anti-Prevent campaigns. Through this I learned a lot about the inner workings of the SU and University. I was also a part time officer- School Representative Officer for the School of Health Sciences, where I learned more about the academic side of the SU and University’s work.
I love that City students are a very diverse mix of people- you meet people from all walks of life and experiences, which provides you with the opportunity to widen your horizons and learn more about the world through talking to those around you.
Oxford Street- I spend far too much money when I’m there so I try to limit my visits!
