Guided Mindfulness Meditation

Join the Chaplaincy Team as they guide you through some meditative practices based on Mindfulness techniques, designed to calm your mind and focus on being in the moment.

The Listening Post

 

Drop in hosted by the Chaplaincy. Feeling a little overwhelmed? Want to have a chat, drink some tea/coffee and enjoy a piece of cake? Drop in for a friendly and listening ear. You can either chat in the group or speak privately with a chaplain. Any concerns/ questions, send a quick email to Ian.Worsfold.1@city.ac.uk

Coping with Emotional Distress Workshop

The Student Counselling and Mental Health Team are hosting workshops to help you understand and cope with low mood, anxiety and worry during the exams and assessments period. Please book in advance via coun@city.ac.uk or 020 7040 8094. Please attend an initial consultation before the workshop (run daily in E112, 1-2). The team also offer other sessions which you might find useful, so be sure to attend their daily intake session to find out how they can best support you!
