An Update From Sheikh Hassan, Your Vice President Activities & Development:

Dear Students,

I attended a meeting yesterday and was thrilled to hear that the University has approved 3 refugee scholarships for 2017-2018. This includes a full fee waiver and a fully funded bursary.

The Students' Union will be working with the University to discuss what we can do further to aid the refugee crisis and help with the implementation of the scholarships.

This was one of my key manifesto points and I'm delighted that the University are taking it forward.
