Check-Ins

Student Check-Ins are running from the 23rd October to 3rd November

As the new term is underway, City Students’ Union are calling up students to Check In and see how you’re getting on at City. If you’re in your first year, you can expect to receive a quick call from our friendly student check-ins caller team who will run through a few questions and tell you about the support there is available to you. Our call centre will be open from Monday 23rd October to Friday 3rd November.

If you’re a returning student, you may also receive a call from us. Don’t worry, you can make a priority request for a Check-Ins even if you’re not in your first year of study by filling out this quick form here to request one.

If you wish to Opt-out from the Check-in call, just tell us here and we’ll make sure to not give you a Check-in call this time.
