Articles and Bye-Laws

The rules of how the Union operates can be found in a document called the Memorandum and Articles of Association, which lays down the basic rules that we must follow. 

The Trustees also approve Bye-Laws which provide more detail behind the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Articles and Bye-Laws - July 2022 Onwards

The Union, following an extensive democracry and governance review.  The below sets out the rules of how the Union will operate from 1 July 2022.  Some Bye-Laws will be implemented ahead of this date to support the transition from the above Governing Documents.
