Academic Advisor (Casework)

City Students' Union is recruiting for an Academic Advisor (Caseworker) to join the Union Advice team. Union Advice supports students and advises through a range of academic, money and well being matters using City University's policies and regulations, with the most common case types involve Academic Misconduct, Academic Appeals, Extenuating Circumstances, Fitness to Practise and Disciplinary.

SALARY 

£32,982- £40,521
