Sometimes it can seem like all the Union ever does is run elections on campus, this session is designed to clue you up on everything you need to know about the upcoming election and how you could get involved.

The elections are a really good way to develop yourself, either along side your course or on a gap year. There are 18 different positions you can stand for, all with unique opportunities.

Nominations are currently open for the annual Leadership Elections and any and all current City student can stand to lead the Union.

This session will cover the following:

  • What the Students' Union Elections are
  • How you can get involved in running
  • What you need to do to nominate yourself
  • How you can recommend excellent people to stand
