What is Ultimate / Ultimate Frisbee?

Ultimate is a fast-paced game played by two teams with a flying disc (“Frisbee”) on a field with end zones and the object of the game is to score by catching a pass in the opponent’s end zones. 

Our main aim is to introduce and promote this intense yet newcomer friendly sport to the public. We will be having Ultimate sessions every Sunday 3pm at Regent’s Park. Occasionally, we will be playing friendly competition with other universities. Through these events, we hope to bring frisbee lovers as well as newcomers together.

Don’t be afraid if you are new to the game, beginners find the game easy to learn and fun to play. 
Our plan for the future includes organising a frisbee hat tournament.
