Below is the Student Groups Events Form. This can be used for any event, big or small, that your society wants to host. From balls and parties to meet and greets and games nights, this form covers everything.
Please fill out the Events Form before each event. For simple on-campus events, we will need 2 weeks’ notice. For events with external speakers, for larger-scale events, please give at least 3 weeks’ notice.
We want to help you all plan as many events as possible, don’t be afraid to be as bold and creative as possible! Here are some of the types of events to consider:
1. Meet and Greets / Socials
2. External Speaker Events
3. Balls / Parties / Dinners
4. Trips (abroad and UK)
5. Stalls
6. Campaigns / Charitable Fundraisers

Respect out neighbours
As a committee member, you are reponsible for ensuring your attendees leave quietley. This is especially important for out of hours events (post 5pm). Please ensure you respect our neighbours by leaving quietley.
